GreenMatter Fellowship November Updates!

GreenMatter Fellowship empowers young people with soft and cross cutting skills that will help them in their professional and personal journey. In the month of November, the fellows attended Entrepreneurial Leadership and Networking Training.
Entrepreneurial Leadership
Entrepreneurial leadership refers to but is not limited to the ability to influence and direct the performance of group members to achieve organizational goals. This is essential to the organizations as it can assist in dealing with conflicts. Furthermore, it creates a meaningful job that requires challenge and provides opportunities for recognition. The fellows also learnt about Entrepreneurial Leadership and the FOX Trilogy method which can assist in impactful decision making.
Networking Training Session
Networking is critical in advancing ones’ career. Sometimes companies prefer a person that has been recommended rather than a total stranger. Having great networking skills will open career and business opportunities for the fellows. The fellows were given step-by-step guidelines on how to network. This session was a great success and the fellows stated they were looking forward to implementing the tips.
