GreenMatter places a strong emphasis on mentoring and coaching to achieve leadership goals and career aspirations.
We encourage our fellows to seek out qualified and energetic mentors, who show commitment to the conservation of bodiversity and the development of youth in the sector.

Mentors gain access to our extensive network of biodiversity and environmental professionals as well as learning experiences held with the fellows. We encourage mentors to volunteer their time and expertise in helping GreenMatter reach it's strategic goals of creating an enabling environment for the development of human capital in biodiversity, especially among the youth of South Africa.
