For the past decade, Ive been an independent researcher and consultant in leadership, futures visioning and strategic planning, based on over 30 years’ experience in the global change, environment, biodiversity, policy, planning and development sectors, working with governments, the private sector, NGOs and local communities in multi-stakeholder coordination, futures-thinking and strategic planning. Recent work encompasses bringing this all together in re-defining leadership skills for the future - 20th century thinking, institutions and approaches will not solve 21st century challenges!
